Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Post Acute Care

Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center in North Andover, MA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts.

Our nursing team supports a clinically active post-acute environment focused on short-term recovery, quality care, and resident comfort.

We are looking for a CNA who:

• Provides compassionate, hands-on resident care
• Works well in a team-focused environment
• Communicates effectively with residents and staff
• Maintains professionalism and reliability throughout the shift

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with daily living activities
• Supporting resident comfort and safety
• Working closely with nurses and interdisciplinary staff
• Helping maintain a positive care environment

Requirements:

• Active Massachusetts CNA certification required
• Direct hire only (no agency)

Salary:
$21 - $23 per hour

Range reflects total potential earnings, including shift-based enhancements. Higher rates may be available based on schedule and benefit choices.
