Location: 2 Gould St, Camden, ME

Type: Part-Time (15–30 Hours/Week), Year-Round

Schedule: Weekend Availability Required; shifts may start as early as 6:00 AM.

Are you a kitchen professional who thrives in a high-energy environment? Megunticook Market is looking for a dedicated Pizza & Deli Associate to help lead our busy food service line. From tossing fresh dough to crafting signature sandwiches, you will play a vital role in providing the high-quality, delicious food our Camden neighbors have come to love.

• Culinary Production: Prepare high-quality pizzas, deli sandwiches, and prepared foods according to market recipes and standards.
• Customer Service: Take orders accurately (in-person and over the phone) with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Kitchen Operations: Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation; assist with prep work and restocking ingredients. Can lift 50lbs.
• Quality Control: Ensure all food is prepared fresh, held at safe temperatures, and presented beautifully.
• Collaboration: Work seamlessly with our 33-person team to ensure smooth service during peak lunch and dinner rushes.

• Experience: Proven experience in a commercial kitchen (deli, pizza, or short-order) is preferred.
• Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-heat environment.
• Skills: Strong knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment (pizza ovens, slicers, etc.).
• Attributes: Punctual, reliable, and a "team-first" mentality.
• Flexibility: Ability to handle a variety of tasks and adapt as orders change.
