Tax Manager (Hybrid)
Location: Camp Hill, PA
Schedule: Full-Time (Hybrid)
Compensation: $115,000 – $135,000

Overview:
Leads tax engagements and delivers strategic tax planning and advisory services for privately held businesses. This role focuses on complex return review, client advisory, and team leadership within a public accounting environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and review preparation of complex tax returns (corporations, partnerships, individuals)
• Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to minimize client tax liability
• Research and analyze complex tax issues and ensure compliance with current regulations
• Supervise, mentor, and develop staff
• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Support tax compliance, accounting, and consulting engagements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting
• Active CPA license
• 7+ years of public accounting experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Willingness to work seasonal overtime
• Valid driver’s license for occasional travel
