Childcare Needed

I am a dad looking for a great nanny for my 2 girls in East Greenwich. I would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke and is ok with a dog in the house (very friendly old boxer) . I work from home most days but sometimes need to go into the office. It would be mainly keeping my two girls entertained, going for walks or bike rides, or someone to float in the pool with them. There may be days I am home but in my office in the basement. Girls are 9 and 6 and a ton of fun! Would need 2 days a week. Mon-Tuesday one week then Wed -Thursday the next week.. then rotates back.
