Our organization, situated in Salisbury, MD, is on the lookout for a Cardiovascular Surgeon to become a part of our growing team at Cardiovascular Surgery. We are a physician-led multi-specialty group dedicated to delivering quality care that is focused on the community. With over 500 providers, we offer an excellent work-life balance in this picturesque coastal area.

Benefits:

• Salary Range: $875,000 - $950,000 (based on experience and specialty)

Opportunity Highlights:

• Become part of a well-established and highly regarded cardiovascular surgery program

• Access to spacious operating rooms equipped with cutting-edge technology and outstanding support staff

• Utilize advanced cardiovascular techniques, including minimally invasive DaVinci robotic thoracic procedures, Convergent procedures for atrial fibrillation, surgeon-led TAVR, and mitral clip programs, among others

• Perform over 275 open-heart surgeries, 140 TAVR procedures, and 30 Mitraclips each year

• Preference for candidates with more than 5 years of experience post-fellowship

• Preference for candidates who can perform general thoracic surgical procedures, though this is not mandatory

• Schedule: Variable scheduling with a 1:4 call rotation
