Electrophysiology Cardiologist (Kadlec Clinic)

This well-established team includes 3 electrophysiologists, 4 interventional cardiologists, 5 general cardiologists, advanced practice clinicians, and support staff, along with specialized programs for TAVR and heart failure. Position Overview:

• Full-time role with a Monday to Friday schedule, including administrative duties
• Onsite device clinic
• Comprehensive onboarding and outstanding mentorship
• 3 electrophysiologists, with one set to retire at the end of 2026
• 2 electrophysiology labs, with a hybrid lab anticipated in 2027
• 1:1 ratio of advanced practice clinicians to electrophysiologists
• Pulsed field ablation available for atrial fibrillation treatment

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual compensation ranging from $712,517 to $989,480
• Comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental, and retirement plans
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance offered

The listed compensation may include incentives based on productivity or quality/service, as well as call pay and extra shift incentives, where applicable. Additionally, continuing medical education (CME) benefits may be available to providers.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• No prior experience necessary; new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Must be board-certified or board-eligible
