What Youll Be Doing

• Diagnose, service, repair, and assist with HVAC installations
  
  
• Work on residential, manufactured housing, and light commercial systems
  
  
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer specs and local/state/national codes
  
  
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical HVAC components
  
  
• Read and interpret gauges, meters, and testing instruments accurately
  
  
• Pre-measure jobs and identify needed materials
  
  
• Maintain truck inventory and ensure tools/equipment are organized
  
  
• Communicate with dispatch and supervisors regarding job progress
  
  
• Deliver professional, friendly customer service on every call
  
  
• Complete required paperwork and documentation daily
  
  
• Assist with mentoring and supporting junior technicians when needed
  
  
• Maintain company vehicles and tools properly
  
  

What Were Looking For

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience
  
  
• 2+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred
  
  
• EPA 608 Certification required
  
  
• Trade school or HVAC program completion preferred
  
  
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  
  
• Knowledge of HVAC tools, testing equipment, and service procedures
  
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
  
• Strong communication and customer service skills
  
  
• Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record
  
  
• Ability to work overtime or on-call when needed
