About the Role:
Join Ellis House LLC as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and make a difference in the lives of our resident clients in Anne Arundel, Howard. Montgomery, Prince Georges Counties in MD. We are looking for compassionate, dedicated clnicians to provide high-quality home care services in a supportive and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient health and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients and their families.
• Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate residents and families on health management and wellness.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients at all times.

Requirements:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Maryland.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in home care or a related healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate demeanor with a passion for helping others.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends.
