Job Title: LPN-SNF
Location: Milford, MA-01757
Duration: 13-Week Contract
Shift: MondayFriday | 8:00 AM 4:30 PM| 40 hours per week

VNA/Home Health Skilled Nursing Role
Approx. 7 patient visits/day
Home & assisted living facility visits
Mileage reimbursement from first to last patient visit

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year Skilled Nursing experience
Home Health experience required

Coverage Area: Milford, Hopedale, Medway, Millis, Norfolk, Franklin & Wrentham
