Location: Milford, MA 01757
Duration: 13 Weeks Contract
Shift: Monday-Friday Day Shift | 5 x 8 (08:00 AM 04:30 PM) | 40 Hours/Week

Job Description:
Minimum 1+ years of Physical Therapist experience required
Active MA PT License required
Skilled Nursing and Home Health experience required
VNA is home-based skilled nursing care where patients are expected to improve through treatment and rehabilitation
Manage approximately 36 patient visits per day
Visits may include private homes and assisted living facilities
Coverage Area: Natick Framingham region
Mileage reimbursement provided from first patient visit to last patient visit
Travel from home to first visit and from last visit back home is considered commute and is not reimbursed
