Compensation: Hybrid compensation structure available competitive per-visit pay plus hourly compensation for administrative responsibilities, meetings, and training time

Key Responsibilities

Perform evaluations of ADL/IADL function and home safety
Develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy to improve independence and safety
Educate patients and caregivers
Recommend adaptive equipment and home modifications
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Qualifications

Active California OT license
Home Health or geriatric experience preferred, not required
Strong communication and clinical skills
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
