Staff LPN (3PM – 7PM)Onsite | St. Petersburg, FLHireNow Staffing is actively recruiting multiple seasoned, highly skilled Staff LPNs to join one of our valued client partners. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this Licensed Practical Nurse opportunity within a long-term care and skilled nursing environment.This role requires dependable clinicians who are experienced in long-term care, capable of delivering compassionate resident-focused care, and committed to maintaining strong clinical and documentation standards in a fast-paced inpatient setting.HireNow Disqualifier: Candidates with jumpy or inconsistent work history will not be accepted or interviewed.Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care according to physician orders and individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and escalate concerns appropriately
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate effectively with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Respond to resident needs and emergency situations professionally and efficiently
• Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and organizational policies and procedures
• Support continuity of care and positive resident outcomes within a skilled nursing setting

Required Qualifications (Highly Important)

• Active Florida LPN license
• Proven experience within skilled nursing, long-term care, or nursing home environments
• Strong medication administration and resident assessment skills
• Ability to work efficiently within a team-oriented clinical environment
• Strong communication and documentation abilities
• Stable and consistent employment history
• Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Valued)

• Experience in high-volume skilled nursing facilities
• Background in long-term care inpatient environments
• Strong resident-centered care approach
• Experience managing multiple patient priorities efficiently
• Familiarity with electronic documentation systems

• Acute care-only backgrounds (ER, Med Surg, hospital-only experience)
• No skilled nursing or long-term care experience
• Poor documentation or communication practices

HireNow PackageCompensation: $32.00 – $38.00/hour base + $2.00/hour shift differentialLocation: Onsite | St. Petersburg, FLSchedule:
