About the Role

We are seeking a skilled industrial upholstery sewer to join our production team in Los Angeles. This position involves working with heavy-duty materials such as leather and industrial fabrics to produce high-quality upholstery components for automotive and/or furniture applications.

This is a hands-on manufacturing role in a fast-paced environment where precision, consistency, and teamwork are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Sew and assemble upholstery components using industrial sewing machines
• Work with leather, vinyl, foam-backed, and heavy-duty textiles
• Operate single-needle industrial sewing machines
• Double-needle machine experience is a plus
• Use heavy-duty equipment to complete upholstery assembly tasks
• Ensure high-quality stitching and attention to detail
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work collaboratively with production team members to meet deadlines

Requirements

• Prior experience with industrial sewing machines required
• Experience working with leather or upholstery materials strongly preferred
• Familiarity with single-needle industrial machines
• Ability to handle repetitive, detail-oriented production work
• Strong reliability and teamwork skills
• Ability to work overtime when needed

Preferred Experience

• Automotive upholstery (seats, panels, interior components)
• Furniture upholstery or similar industrial sewing background
• Experience with brands such as Juki, Singer Industrial, or Consew machines
