Need Detail-Oriented Housekeeper In Laguna Beach

My prior cleaners have decided to put their business on hold so I'm looking for a new cleaner, perhaps once every 4-6 weeks for a full (deep) house cleaning (e. g., 3-6 hours) and then maybe once a week for a short (e. g., 1 hour) cleaning that would focus on kitchen and master bathroom. I have a 3bdrm, 2bath house, roughly 1700sqft (including garage used as family room) plus an outside stone deck that would also need cleaning (mopping). I'm located in Laguna Beach.
