Acidification Coordinator – Lena, Illinois
Our customer in Lena, Illinois is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting an Acidification Coordinator to work full-time on 1st shift. As an Acidification Coordinator, you will be responsible for accurately entering, analyzing, and maintaining production data while supporting food safety, quality, and continuous improvement efforts in a manufacturing environment.
Our customer in Lena, Illinois is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting an Acidification Coordinator to work full-time on 1st shift. As an Acidification Coordinator, you will be responsible for accurately entering, analyzing, and maintaining production data while supporting food safety, quality, and continuous improvement efforts in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities of the Acidification Coordinator:
- Accurately enter, verify, and maintain all production data in SAP and related systems.
- Analyze daily production data, identify issues or gaps, and communicate findings to leadership.
- Close and verify work orders to ensure production records are complete and accurate.
- Monitor product quality by collecting samples and recording temperature, pH, moisture, and curing room data.
- Track and document production yields, labor hours, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Perform inventory counts and ensure materials and finished goods are accurately reflected in SAP.
- Document quality issues, including downgraded products and specification deviations.
- Follow all safety policies and maintain regular, predictable attendance.
Acidification Coordinator Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English.
- Two to four years of administrative or data entry experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Experience working in a food manufacturing environment is preferred.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual a plus.
Pay for Acidification Coordinator:
- $22.00/hour.
