Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) position located in Potosi, Missouri. Candidates are required to bring their active state licensure on the first day. The role involves providing rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. The position offers the opportunity to support patients with physical functioning disorders and participate in various clinical activities within a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Active Missouri state licensure; one year of PTA experience; LTC or Rehabilitation experience; valid PTA license.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience supervising and supporting students; familiarity with electronic documentation systems; participation in multidisciplinary meetings.
- Float: Not indicated.
- Additional Information: No weekends scheduled unless a holiday falls within Monday through Friday, in which case hours can be made up on the weekend.
