Bow Technician / Floor Attendant - Full Time, Year-Round

We’re building something new and exciting in Gardiner — a premium indoor entertainment venue with simulator lounges and a full archery pro shop.

We’re hiring 3 Full-Time Bow Technicians / Floor Attendants who will play a key role in launching and running daily operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Sell and fit premium bows (Mathews-focused), arrows, optics, bear spray, jackets, and hunting gear
• Perform bow tuning, draw length adjustments, arrow building, and full setups
• Assist customers in the simulator lounges and on the range
• Handle retail sales, rentals, and general store operations
• Be able to open or close the venue independently when needed

We will fully sponsor your ATA Compound Bow Technician Certification once you accept the position. You’ll be fully trained and ready on opening day.

Pay & Schedule

• $24 – $28 per hour starting (based on experience)
• 5% commission on all pro shop sales
• $15 – $25 per bow tune/setup
• Full-time, 40 hours/week, year-round (no seasonal layoffs)
• Full benefits after 90 days: HSA (employer pays 50%), 3% 401k match, staff discounts
