Soldering Technician

Solder Technician - Day & Evening Shifts

A growing production team is seeking experienced Solder Technicians for an immediate opening. This is a great opportunity for individuals with soldering experience who take pride in precision work and quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Complete thru-hole component soldering and minimal SMT soldering
• Conduct quality control to identify acceptable and defective solder joints
• Perform solder rework as needed to ensure conformance for both Lead and ROHS assemblies

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of soldering work experience
• Ability to interpret resistor color codes and capacitor values
• Experience using soldering irons, de-soldering equipment, solder removal tools, and other electrical/manual tools
• Ability to follow detailed specifications and quality standards
• IPC Standards training is a plus

Schedule & Pay

• Day Shift is Monday-Thursday, 5:00am-3:30pm
• Starting pay: $19.00/hour
• Swing shift eligible for an additional $1.00/hour shift differential
