Food Production Lead - Now Hiring

Our client in Almena is seeking a Sanitation Lead to join their team.  The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sanitation Lead

Location: Almena, WI

Pay Range:  $17.50/hr, increase to $20-$25/hr when hired

Shift: 2nd, 3p-11p (Mon-Fri)

What's the Job?

• Oversee sanitation crew
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations such as GMP and HACCP
• Sanitation of work areas

What's Needed?

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance record
• Previous experience as a Lead or Supervisor
• Bilingual (Spanish) candidate preferred
• Previous sanitation experience
• Positive attitude and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
