Event Rental Delivery and Tent Crew

What You'll Be Doing

As a member of our Event Rental Delivery and Tent Crew, you'll play an integral role in ensuring our customers' events run smoothly. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Loading and unloading event equipment with care and precision.
• Preparing equipment for delivery as needed.
• Delivering and picking up equipment while maintaining accurate records.
• Ensuring customers receive exactly what they ordered by double-checking deliveries.
• Providing friendly, professional customer service, including answering questions and instructing customers on equipment operation.
• Communicating with dispatchers or supervisors about delivery schedules or challenges.
• Placing returned equipment in the appropriate areas for inspection.
• Assisting with other tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking individuals who are ready to roll up their sleeves and contribute to our team. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• The ability to lift approximately 50 lbs.
• A professional and presentable personal appearance.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to drive safely with a clean driving record.
• Basic math skills to solve problems on the go.
• Clear communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus!).
• Full range of motion and physical dexterity to handle the demands of the job.
• A cooperative and team-oriented attitude.

No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and adapt is essential!

What to Expect

This is a physically active role that will keep you on your toes. You’ll spend time both indoors and outdoors, working in a variety of weather conditions typical to the Steamboat Springs area. Tasks such as bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying are all part of the job, so being comfortable with physical work is key.
