Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Albert Lea, MN

Location: Albert Lea, MN
Job Type: Part-Time | Up to 32 hours/week
Setting: Primary Care / Convenience Care Clinic

• Perform physical exams and diagnostic evaluations.

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.

• Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications.

• Provide primary and convenience care.

• Support corporate health services, including DOT exams.

• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.

• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with healthcare teams.

• See approximately 10+ patients per day.

• Active Minnesota NP or PA license.

• Board Certification as an NP or PA.

• Current CPR certification.

• Strong communication and patient-care skills.

• New graduates are welcome.

• 3-5 years of Family Medicine, Primary Care, or Urgent Care experience preferred.

• Athena EMR experience preferred.

• Must be able to commute to Albert Lea and potentially provide coverage in Austin, MN.

• Candidates who currently own or operate their own clinic/practice are not being considered.

• Part-time, up to 32 hours/week

• Up to 4 days per week

• 8-10 hour shifts

• Monday-Wednesday: 9 AM-7 PM

• Thursday-Friday: 9 AM-4 PM

• Saturday: 9 AM-4 PM

• Occasional Saturday coverage

• No regular on-call or night shifts
