\n 🩺 Requirements:
\n Active RN license
\n Minimum 3 years of Emergency Room experience
\n BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross)
\n Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

\n Deliver high-quality, patient- and family-centered emergency care.
\n Perform rapid patient assessments and prioritize care in a fast-paced ED environment.
\n Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
\n Utilize evidence-based nursing practices and sound clinical judgment.
\n Document patient care accurately and support safe transitions of care.
\n Promote patient safety, quality improvement, and effective communication.
\n Serve as a patient advocate while providing compassionate, culturally sensitive care.
