What you’ll bring:

• Active Physical Therapy license/certification in Oregon
• Experience working in school-based settings or with pediatric populations
• Flexibility and strong organizational skills to adapt in an itinerant position, serving multiple sites
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student needs
• The role requires onsite attendance and is not open to virtual or remote service
• Three recent supervisor references are required to complete your application process

In this multifaceted role, you will:

• Provide direct physical therapy services to a diverse caseload of students ranging from kindergarten through high school
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans to address students’ needs
• Travel between designated sites, fostering relationships and effective communication at each location
• Engage with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, integrated student support
• Track and document student progress, maintaining compliance with all relevant standards and timelines
