\nRequirements:

- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program \n
- Active LCSW license in Wisconsin \n
- Training and experience in clinical counseling \n
- Comfortable with crisis management and working in a secure environment \n
- Correctional experience is a plus \n
- Ability to work independently \n
\nResponsibilities:
\n
- Provide individual counseling and therapeutic interventions \n
- Manage a caseload of 20-30 patients per week \n
- Conduct psychosocial assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop treatment plans \n
- Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments \n
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation \n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary and correctional staff \n
