Location: Anchorage, Alaska
Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (shift times vary between 07:00-17:00). Weekend coverage required (every other weekend or 4 weekend days per 4-week schedule). Float coverage within case management services as needed. Guaranteed 72 hours per 2-week period.

- Caseload of approximately 30 patients with support from multidisciplinary teams
- First-time travelers accepted with 1+ years of experience
- Active Alaska RN license required prior to offer
- BLS certification preferred; ACM certification preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of acute care hospital nursing experience required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Acute care hospital case management experience (behavioral health experience does not qualify)
- Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
- Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
- Hepatitis B vaccination required (titers or declinations not accepted)
- Availability to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
