Job Description:
As an Automotive Service Department Dispatch, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department. You will be responsible for coordinating service appointments, managing customer inquiries, and assisting technicians with their daily tasks. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in providing top-notch service to our customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate service appointments and manage the service schedule
- Assist technicians with daily tasks and workflow management
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and customer interactions
- Ensure the service area is organized and well-maintained

What You’ll Bring:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with service management software
