We are currently seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in California. This is a great opportunity for nurses who are passionate about providing high-quality patient care in a home health setting.

Assignment Details:

• Specialty: Home Health RN
• Shift: 8 Hour Days
• Duration: 13 Weeks
• Start Date: 06/02/2026
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week

Patient Population:

• Adult and Geriatric Patients
• Common Diagnoses Include:
  • CHF
  • COPD
  • Wound Care/Wound Vac
  • IV/PICC Line Care
• Patients are primarily recently discharged hospital patients at high risk for rehospitalization

• Minimum 2 Years of Recent Home Health RN Experience
• Active RN License
• BLS Certification Required
• Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance Required
• HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) Experience Preferred
• Strong Assessment and Patient Education Skills
