What Youll Own

• Lead bold, cohesive marketing and brand strategy
• Bring campaigns to life - from packages to email to promotions
• Own digital presence: website, content, and social
• Build buzz through PR, partnerships, and storytelling
• Track results, optimize performance, and drive revenue
• Manage the marketing calendar and budget

What You Bring

• 3-5 years of marketing experience (hospitality a plus)
• Strong digital skills (Adobe, Google Analytics, WordPress)
• A sharp eye for brand, content, and detail
• Data-driven mindset with creative instincts
• Organized, collaborative, and self-starting
