Construction Scheduler

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Construction Scheduler to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules for a variety of construction projects — from preconstruction through closeout — using Oracle Primavera Cloud. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of project sequencing, resource allocation, and labor forecasting in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using Oracle Primavera Cloud.
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to gather progress updates.
• Analyze schedule performance, critical paths, and forecast potential delays.
• Prepare weekly and monthly schedule reports and dashboards.
• Integrate labor and resource management into overall project scheduling.
• Support project planning meetings and provide scheduling insight to leadership teams.
• Ensure that all schedule changes are properly documented, communicated, and approved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• 2–5+ years of experience in construction scheduling or project controls.
• Proficiency in Oracle Primavera Cloud (or Primavera P6) required.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, trades, and labor coordination.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with multi-phase or multi-trade commercial construction projects.
• Familiarity with cost and resource-loaded scheduling.
• Experience working with field teams and GCs/subcontractors.
