Laborer

We are currently hiring Construction Laborers for temporary full-time and part-time opportunities in Polk County. This role supports construction crews by performing general labor tasks to help keep projects running safely and efficiently. Duties may include preparing job sites, loading and unloading materials, using basic tools and equipment, cleaning work areas, and assisting with demolition, digging, assembly, and other construction activities as needed. This is a day shift position, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain clean and safe job sites
• Load, unload, and move construction materials
• Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely
• Perform general labor duties including digging, demolition, and site cleanup

Requirements:

• Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift heavy materials
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable and dependable attendance
• Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions
• Good time management and problem-solving skills
