General Labor Associate – Cardboard Box Folding
We are currently hiring dependable and motivated team members for a general labor position focused primarily on folding small cardboard boxes in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
Position Details
- Job Title: General Labor Associate
- Pay Rate: $15/hour
- Primary Duties:
- Folding and assembling small cardboard boxes
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Following production and safety guidelines
- Assisting with general warehouse tasks as needed
Schedule
This position operates on a rotating team schedule with two alternating groups.
Week 1 Schedule
- Monday – Wednesday
- 4:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Week 2 Schedule
- Thursday – Friday
- 4:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Some Saturdays may be required
Teams alternate between these schedules every other week.
Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
