Job Description
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Background:
- Active Occupational Therapist license (Illinois)
- Experience providing OT services in school-based settings preferred
- Competence with evaluation, IEP development, and progress monitoring
- Ability to work independently and with interdisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organization skills
- Familiarity with elementary-aged caseloads is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect occupational therapy interventions for elementary students
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy services according to IEPs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and special education staff
- Maintain clear and timely documentation for all student sessions
- Contribute to IEP meetings and support multidisciplinary planning for student success
- Utilize creative, age-appropriate strategies to boost functional independence in the classroom
Work Details:
- Full-time schedule: 32.5 hours weekly
- School year contract: August 2026 through May 2027
- Elementary caseload
