Cook Responsibilities:

• Properly prepare a variety of foods according to recipes
• Adhere portioning to the size and plate presentation
• Meet food time standards and quality
• Assist the Kitchen staff with various assignments
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow safety and sanitation policies
• Properly set up and take down the station and restock as needed
• Other duties may be designated

Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older
• Food Handlers Certification
