Invoicing Specialist I & II
Oil and gas
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
New Albany, Ohio (onsite)
Contract
What You’ll Do:
Supply Chain Invoicing Specialist I
- Process invoices within the Supply Chain department
- Track Bills of Lading (BOL) for trucking shipments
- Scan and organize documents within the company filing system
- Prepare and process material transfers
- Support and work alongside the OCTG Specialist
- Assist with general supply chain and administrative duties as needed
Supply Chain Invoicing Specialist II
- Process invoices within the Supply Chain department
- Handle material transfers for the Facilities Group
- Assist with yard audits and inventory verification
- Work within the company’s in-house system to ensure equipment is properly tagged and tracked
- Support general supply chain and operational activities as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Oil & Gas industry experience is preferred but not required
- Strong office and computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
- Strong mathematical and analytical abilities
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
