Job Description:
The CT Technologist will perform CT scan procedures and provide high-quality diagnostic imaging in a fast-paced Level I Trauma and Academic Medical Center. The technologist will work with inpatient, outpatient, emergency room, trauma, and ICU patients while maintaining patient safety and radiation safety standards.
Requirements:
• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology program
• New York State Registration in Diagnostic Radiography or Limited Permit required
• ARRT Certification required
• Current BLS/CPR Certification required
Responsibilities:
• Perform CT imaging procedures
• Assist Radiologists and clinical staff
• Ensure patient safety and comfort
• Follow radiation safety protocols and facility guidelines
• Maintain accurate imaging documentation
