Line & Prep Cook - Now Hiring

Hotto Hotto is looking for a hardworking individual to join our kitchen team as a full time or part time Kitchen Cook. As part of the BOH team, you'll be responsible for food preparation as well as cooking on the line in accordance with hospitality and service standards. Your job duties as a kitchen cook include but are not limited to: -Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner -Follow recipes and presentation specifications -Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently -Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation -Cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment -Restock items as needed throughout the shift -Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
