Infusion Solutions is seeking a professional, organized, and patient-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our infusion center team. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients, supporting daily clinic operations, managing scheduling and intake processes, and ensuring accurate communication between patients, providers, nursing staff, and insurance teams.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced medical environment, and committed to creating a welcoming and compassionate patient experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in patients for infusion appointments
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments
  • Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and required documentation
  • Collect co-pays and process patient payments when applicable
  • Scan and upload medical records and documents into the EMR system
  • Coordinate communication between providers, nurses, pharmacies, and patients
  • Monitor patient flow and assist with maintaining efficient clinic operations
  • Ensure all intake forms, consents, and authorizations are completed
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA guidelines
  • Assist with supply inventory and general administrative tasks
  • Support prior authorization and referral processes as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment
