Barberitos is hiring Team Members who bring energy, positivity, and a strong work ethic to every shift.
We’re looking for people who enjoy working with others, like staying busy, and take pride in creating a great experience for every guest. Whether you are looking for full-time or part-time hours, we offer flexible scheduling and are hiring for a variety of shifts.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare and serve food accurately and efficiently according to Barberitos standards
- Deliver friendly, upbeat service to every guest
- Keep the restaurant clean, stocked, and ready throughout the shift
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times
- Work as part of a team to keep service fast, smooth, and welcoming
- Help with opening, closing, and cleaning responsibilities
- Communicate clearly with managers and coworkers to keep the shift running well
- Stay focused, organized, and productive during busy meal periods
- Show up on time, ready to work, and ready to contribute

Restaurant experience is a plus, but not required. We are happy to train the right person.
