Lab Technician

Shift: 6:30am-3:30pm. Must be open for working on weekends

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with laboratory or production processes following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Prepare samples, reagents, and materials for testing or manufacturing
• Accurately document data and maintain detailed records
• Follow strict quality, safety, and regulatory guidelines (GMP/GLP environment)
• Support team members with daily operations and process improvements
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or related scientific field (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Basic understanding of laboratory techniques is a plus
• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
• Good communication and organizational skills
