Medical Receptionist

Responsibilities include but not limited to greeting patients, answering phone, keeping track of new and existing patient scheduling appointments according to there treatment plan., manage multiple provider schedules, maintaining patient charts, verifying insurance, keeping office neat and orderly, keep supplies stocked and packets for all clients and patients stocked. We are looking for Mon, Tue, Wed and Fri 3 pm -8 pm, and Saturdays 9 am-3 pm.
