Manufacturing Quality Technician

The Quality Inspector ensures the quality of all products produced within the organization meets all internal/external standards by auditing daily and/or hourly, performing product testing and collecting / entering raw data into the specific inspection logs.

Responsibilities

1. Assist in maintaining customer drawings and specifications.

2. Provide all necessary paperwork to shop floor for production.

3. Provide all necessary measuring equipment and tools to production.

4. Calibrate all measuring instruments in house and maintain instruments.

5. Report and assist in answering any questions on customer specifications brought forth by the production employees.

6. Regularly inspect material being produced.

7. Aid in evaluation that all quality procedures are being followed and implemented.

8. Program and operate CMM as needed.

Qualifications:

1.MUST BE ABLE TO READ, MEASURE, AND CALIBRATE DIAL AND DIGITAL CALIPERS
