Golden Swan Management, a reputable, local vacation rental company is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to help prepare homes between guest stays. As a Vacation Rental Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in upkeeping high cleanliness standards after each guest stay, ensuring that our vacation rentals are in pristine condition for the next guests. Our goal is hotel-level cleanliness with a personal touch. This is currently a part time, seasonal position from approximately May - October.

towards problem-solving. Your strengths include excellent time management, dependability, a strong
commitment to cleanliness, effective communication skills, and basic tech skills. You thrive in an environment

Responsibilities:
- Perform at least one or more full turnover cleanings between guest check-out and check-in
- Clean and sanitize all areas of the vacation rental property according to established standards and checklists.
- Ensure that all surfaces, appliances, furniture, and fixtures are thoroughly cleaned and maintained.
- Making beds, taking out the trash, staging, and tidying up outdoor spaces
- Restock necessary supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products.
- Report any damages or maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
- Follow established procedures for handling lost and found items.
- Communicate effectively with the team to address any concerns or special requests.
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation to travel between vacation rental properties.
- Valid driver's license for transportation needs.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks.
- Effective communication skills to interact with team members, and the occasional guest.
- Must have a smartphone for communication, reporting, and company checklists.
- Ability to follow checklists and adhere to established cleaning procedures.
- Capability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on the assigned tasks.
- Cleaning experience required.
- References required
