About the Role:
Join East Coast Dental Care as an Associate Dentist, where you'll have the opportunity to provide exceptional dental care in a supportive environment. Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health issues.
- Provide preventive care, including cleanings, sealants, and fluoride treatments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Assist in restorative procedures such as fillings, crowns, and bridges.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care techniques.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to ensure efficient patient care.
- Stay updated on the latest dental practices and technologies.
Requirements:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active dental license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
- Experience with dental software and electronic health records is a plus.
- Positive attitude and a compassionate demeanor toward patients.
