SUMMARY:
Responsible for the assembly, soldering, repair, and quality inspection of drone electronic components, ensuring reliable electrical connections and proper functionality of flight systems. This role supports production, prototyping, and maintenance of UAV platforms through precise soldering and electronics handling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Precision Soldering and Assembly
-- Perform manual soldering of electronic components onto PCBs used in drones.
-- Solder critical components including:
-- Flight controllers
-- ESCs (Electronic Speed Controllers)
-- Power distribution boards
-- Motor wires
-- Battery connectors (XT30, XT60, XT90)
-- GPS modules
-- Camera and telemetry wiring
-- Ensure solder joints meet quality and reliability standards (clean, shiny, correct wetting).
-- Use proper soldering tools including:
-- Soldering irons
-- Hot air rework stations
-- Flux and solder wick
-- Microscope or magnification tools.

2. Wiring and Harness Fabrication
-- Cut, strip, and tin wires for drone electrical systems.
-- Build and route custom wiring harnesses.
-- Install and secure wiring within drone frames to prevent: Electrical shorts, Signal interference, Mechanical strain.

3. Component Installation
-- Install and secure drone electronic components including: Flight controllers, ESCs, Radio receivers,
VTX (video transmitters), Cameras, GPS modules, LEDs and accessories. Ensure correct orientation and mounting to avoid flight issues.

4. Inspection and Quality Control
-- Inspect solder joints and electrical connections for: Cold joints, Bridges, Poor wetting, Excess solder.
Use multimeters and continuity testing to verify connections. Ensure compliance with internal assembly standards.
