Monday & Tuesday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Thursday & Friday: 7:00 AM–6:00 PM

About the Role
High Point Residence Tinley Park is seeking a dedicated and reliable Dietary Aide to join our team. In this role, you will assist with meal preparation and service, maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, and help ensure residents enjoy a positive and dignified dining experience.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous food service or healthcare experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow recipes and dietary guidelines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and serving meals according to dietary requirements
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen, including dishwashing and sanitizing surfaces
• Support stocking, inventory rotation, and food supply organization
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Communicate professionally with residents, families, and team members
