Regional Nursing Supervisor

Nursing Supervisor – Southeast Region
Salary: $100,000 annually

Seven Hills Community Services is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to oversee and coordinate medical care services for individuals in residential programs throughout the Southeast Region. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring high-quality healthcare support, regulatory compliance, staff supervision, and effective communication between residential teams, providers, and leadership.

The Nursing Supervisor will supervise nursing staff, coordinate participant medical care, review medical documentation, provide staff training, and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee medical services for residential participants
• Supervise and support nursing staff within the Southeast Region
• Communicate medical concerns and updates with interdisciplinary teams and physicians
• Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
• Conduct medical trainings and participate in staff meetings
• Provide oversight of medication administration practices and healthcare procedures

Required Qualifications:

• Active nursing license required
• Strong supervisory and leadership experience preferred
• Extensive Medication Administration Program (MAP) knowledge and oversight experience is required
• Experience serving individuals in residential or human services settings preferred
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and participant rights
