This growing and innovative company is expanding its team! As business continues to increase, we are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals with a strong work ethic and positive attitude to join our production team. These roles support the manufacturing of high-quality plastic and silicone components used in medical applications.

Shift Schedule:
3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM

Pay Rate:
$19.50 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview:

As a Production Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and precision of medical-grade components. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow strict procedures, and comfort working with small parts in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Log into company systems to access and review production orders and specifications
  • Inspect small plastic and silicone parts for defects using microscopes and magnification tools
  • Use hand tools to carefully remove imperfections and excess material
  • Trim, clean, and finish parts according to quality standards
  • Perform visual inspections using magnifying glasses to ensure product compliance
  • Accurately complete basic production and quality documentation
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with company standards
  • Follow all safety procedures and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Must be able to pass a basic math assessment
  • Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred (but not required)
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and strict quality standards (cGMP compliance)
  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required
  • Stable work history demonstrating reliability and commitment

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with microscopes or small components
  • Background in medical device or cleanroom manufacturing
  • Familiarity with quality inspection processes

Work Environment:

  • Clean, well-lit manufacturing facility
  • May involve repetitive tasks and extended periods of sitting or standing
  • Work with small, delicate components requiring precision and focus
