Warehouse Attendant

We are seeking a Warehouse Attendant to take ownership of our yard, tools, and equipment, while supporting field operations with CDL driving as needed.

This is a warehouse-first position. The ideal candidate will ensure the shop and yard remain clean, organized, and job-ready at all times, while assisting with logistics and deliveries when required.

Position Overview

• Full-time, hourly position (minimum 40 hours/week)
• Based out of our Chandler yard and shop
• Primary focus: warehouse and yard operations
• Secondary focus: CDL driving and material transport
• Overnight travel required as needed

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Yard Operations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient yard and shop
• Track and manage tools, equipment, and consumable inventory
• Stage materials and equipment for upcoming projects
• Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments
• Ensure all equipment is job-ready for field crews

Maintenance & Equipment Readiness

• Perform basic repairs and maintenance on tools and light equipment
• Identify and report damaged or missing items
• Maintain accountability of company assets

Driving & Logistics Support

• Transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from jobsites
• Operate company trucks and trailers in compliance with DOT regulations
• Load, secure, and unload equipment safely
• Support jobsite mobilization and demobilization

Qualifications

• Valid CDL required (Class A preferred)
• Experience hauling equipment and securing loads
• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment
• Basic mechanical repair skills
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Willingness to travel overnight as needed
