REQUIRED PROCEDURES

• Upper GI endoscopy (with biopsy, with foreign body removal, with fulguration of bleeder (cautery vs. laser))
  
• ERCP (endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography)
  
• Esophageal dilatation/manometry
  
• Small Bowel biopsy
  
• Lower GI endoscopy
  
• Sigmoidoscopy (Flexible)
  
• Colonoscopy (with biopsy, with excision of polyp)
  
• Insertion/management of Sengstaken/Blakemore tube
  

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: BC/BE
  
• Licenses: AR
  
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, Perform ERCP
  
• Experience: Must be able to perform ERCP; Case logs for the past 24 months required for submission
  

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide 5 days per week of outpatient clinic and procedures.
  
• Perform 4 high risk outpatient screening colonoscopies per day.
  
• Manage inpatient add-on cases as required.
  
• Provide coverage for 1 week at a time, 1-2 weeks per month.
  
• Maintain clinical documentation and provide case logs for the past 24 months.
