Tasks needed: - Prepping simple lunches - Basic tidying up of messes made and reminding my son he needs to tidy up after himself as well - Comfortable driving to parks or fun activities Skills needed: - Comfortable being an authority figure as my son is a very sweet child but definitely needs a strong hand as he will attempt to bend the rules with you - Also has a balance of patience and kindness as he can be emotional and anxious at times - Is able to play hands-on with him Our home values empathy and kindness with discipline and comittment.
